Thank you for choosing Hando ("App"), operated by Tapnetic LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law (e.g., for tax, accounting, or legal purposes). Data stored in shared workspaces may be retained for other workspace members until they also delete their accounts or the workspace is dissolved.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Hando is designed for parents and caregivers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. The App allows parents to enter child profile information (such as names and dates of birth) for the purpose of organizing family schedules and activities. This information is provided and controlled by the parent or caregiver, not by the child.

9. Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers transmit Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals. There is currently no universal standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

10. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, Hando requests your permission to track activity across other companies' apps and websites via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You may decline this request and still use the App. You can change your preference at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you via the App or by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
